1)Make a website, tripod, like this one, hosts websites for free. As does yahoo.
4)Decorate your room, make it so you cant see your wall. It is very time consuming and distracting.
5)Create an online journal at, for example, www.livejournal.com
. You can find pro anorexia communities and read posts and gain thinspiration.
6) Create a www.myspace.com
account. Take a very long time in creating the profile.
7) Create your own thinspiration journal, containing goals, pictures, etc.
